But to lose a child, and not know where they were, with whom, and whether they were even alive, that would be something only God could redeem. Thank you for sharing with us. I'm a week late, catching up on Weds. Walk posts tonight. Thanks for stopping by to visit me, too! We continue to fight for her with the hope that someday she will be found and be home where she belongs. I am thilled to know that your family is walking closely with the Lord. I too remember meeting you when we were TDY. Caroline was just a tiny baby then! I guess your question about really being this old is answered when you look at your babies/young adults. LOL! Hugs to all of you.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499441075735082573.post-62210552564410087652009-03-27T13:14:00.000-05:002009-03-27T13:14:00.000-05:00I will resume praying for your friend...that they ...I will resume praying for your friend...that they would at least find closure for this awful event in their lives. My heart is pained for her but so glad we know that she will someday see her precious daughter again. I look forward to that day when David will walk/run and just enjoy being whole. Please know I love you baby. You are precious to me. Now I know why you were so panicked one day on facebook regarding one of your two - that kind of stuff stays with you forever. I am so sorry that she lost her precious daughter.

One big comfort is knowing that the Lord is with her through everyday of this great trial. I am sure glad she is a Christian.

Nobody ever knows what a day will bring forth do we. Satan is always out there like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour....

But,.. It is important for Christians to understand that God has given us, their parents, the responsibility to protect them as much as we humanly can. Please understand that is not said in judgment of your friend. We can't have them in front of our eyes at all times. It is just that I have seen too many Christian parents have a careless attitude about safety because they feel God will protect their children from everything since they are Christians. God never gave us that promise. Thank you for the reminder.Patriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12726023982168442155noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499441075735082573.post-13917199911911401022009-03-25T11:14:00.000-05:002009-03-25T11:14:00.000-05:00beautiful letter... thanks for sharing it!beautiful letter... thanks for sharing it!Jenileehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10904251437303606870noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3499441075735082573.post-13446726045291719222009-03-25T09:19:00.000-05:002009-03-25T09:19:00.000-05:00"I can't imagine what this mom must be going throu..."I can't imagine what this mom must be going through or what it would be like to look up on a missing children's board and see a child you know...it must be so painful.
